1. The service

Allyson Run provides AI-assisted running training plans and coaching conversations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The coach is an AI. When you write to it, your message and the relevant part of your training context are sent to our AI provider so that it can answer, under a data-processing agreement that keeps your data out of its model training. The Privacy Policy sets out that arrangement and the safeguards around it.

2. Not medical advice, and your responsibility

Allyson Run is a training tool, not medical advice. Plans and coach responses are general training guidance, not diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for confirming you are healthy enough to train; for persistent pain, dizziness, missed periods or any health concern, see a doctor or physio; the coach will tell you the same.

Running carries inherent risks. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk, and you decide whether any given session is right for you on the day. Nothing here removes liability that cannot be excluded by law (see section 8).

3. Eligibility: age 16+

You must be at least 16 years old to use Allyson Run. You confirm this during onboarding; the product is not designed for minors.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in method (Apple ID, Google account or email) secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription, free trial and cancellation

Allyson Run on iPhone is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The monthly plan comes with a free trial of one month; the yearly plan has no free trial. The reference prices are $14.49 a month and $134.99 a year in the United States, and €14.99 a month and €149.99 a year in the euro area; the App Store shows you the price for your own country before you confirm, and that is the price you pay.

The trial runs for one month from the day you subscribe. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it turns into a paid month automatically, and the subscription then renews at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, at the same price until you cancel. Apple charges your Apple ID within the 24 hours before each renewal. If you buy the subscription before the free month has run out, whatever is left of that free month is forfeited, which is the wording Apple asks every developer to publish.

Cancel on your iPhone under Settings, your name, Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. You keep the coach until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your Allyson Run account does not cancel the subscription, because the subscription belongs to your Apple ID and not to us.

Purchases made in the app are taken by Apple, so we never see or store your card details. Refunds are Apple's to grant, and you ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We give at least 30 days notice of any price change, and a price increase never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply on top of Apple's process.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no scraping, no using the coach for anything unlawful, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your content and our service

Your training data and messages remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you: storing your data, generating plans and coach replies, and sending the emails you opted into. We do not use it for anything else.

If you import data from intervals.icu, you confirm you have the right to do so and remain subject to intervals.icu's own terms. That connection reads only: we ask for your runs and wellness entries and write nothing back, so nothing we do there can change or delete what is in your intervals.icu account. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without any obligation to you. The Allyson Run software, brand and content remain ours.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that result from following general training guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you use the service as a consumer in the EU, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves; for material changes we will notify you by email before they take effect. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you use the service as a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
